Child in French and Francophone Literature

On 17-18 May, the Faculty of Philology of the UO will host an international literary conference 'L'Enfant dans la littérature française et francophone', organised by the Chair of French Language and Culture.

The subject matter has been focused on the analysis of the child's image in French and Francophone literature over the centuries.

It is a great event for the Chair of French Language and Culture. We are expecting the arrival of outstanding specialists from leading academic centres in Poland and abroad: University of Anadolu in Eskişehir (Turkey), University of Nantes and Sorbonne Nouvelle (France), University of Algiers (Algeria), University of Limerick (Ireland), University of Al-Hussein Bin Talal in Ma'an (Jordan), University of Anadolu in Eskişehir (Turkey), University of Nantes and Sorbonne Nouvelle (France), University of Algiers (Algeria), University of Limerick (Ireland), University of Al-Hussein Bin Talal in Ma'an (Jordan), University of Cocody (Ivory Coast), University o Mecnes (Morocco), University of Yaoundé ( Cameroon), University of Warsaw, University of Silesia, University of Wrocław, University of Łódź, University of Lublin, University of Gdańsk, University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.

The official opening of the conference is scheduled for May 17th, at 9 am in the Blue Hall.

The sessions will be held in the Plafond Hall, the Senate Hall and the Blue Hall.
