Delegation from Indonesia at UO

On Thursday, 13 December 2018 the University of Opole will host a delegation of 

Brawijaya University, Indonesia. 

13 Vice Deans and five administrative staff members headed by Dr. Sihabudin, S.H., M.H., Vice Rector for Administration and Finance of the University will take part in a session with the authorities of faculties and other scientific and administration units of the UO. The session is planned from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. in the Senate Hall of Collegium Maius

Brawijaya University is one as one of the leading institutions of higher education. 

in Indonesia, ranked fifth in the ranking of Indonesian universities published by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia. So far, we have worked with the University of Brawijaya under the Erasmus+ Programme, which has resulted in the exchange of staff for teaching and training purposes. During the summer holidays we also hosted students of this institution at the English Summer School.

Indonesia is a developing country, extremely populous (260 mln), with a young society. Therefore, there is a potential to attract new students, improve academic staff and other forms of cooperation. The aim of the meeting is to recognize the possibility of further cooperation in the field of teaching and research.
