Almost 200 guests from China, Argentina, Canada, Panama Russia, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Thailand, Denmark and the USA came to Opole on 7 July to participate in the 13th Annual Meeting of the European Association of Vertebrate Palaeontologists. The meeting at the University of Opole could take place thanks to the efforts of the Department of Palaeobiology and the importance of Krasiejów excavations, which are of extraordinary value to any palaeontologist.
