5 scientific disciplines with category A!

On 30 July 2022, we received the results of the evaluation of the quality of our University's research, which we hereby present, proud of the overall assessment of the University of Opole.

- Fine Arts and Art conservation B
- Health Sciences: A
- History B+
- Law: B+
- Linguistics, A
- Literary Studies: A
- Medical Sciences: B+
- Physical Sciences: B+
- Political Science and Administration: B+

This evaluation is yet another confirmation of the value of research conducted at our university and of the growing status of the University of Opole among the institution of higher education in our country.
The results of the evaluation are also a token of appreciation
for the effectiveness of the activities of all those whose work has yielded
such tangible results. One of them, which is important for the University, is
the number of scientific disciplines with category A - five disciplines
received this category, and a further ten received category B+. It is worth noting
that almost all the scientific disciplines evaluated at the UO are in
categories allowing them to maintain their existing degree awarding rights or
to apply for them.
Fellow colleagues, as representatives of our academic community, to whom you have entrusted the care of its daily functioning and development, we thank you for your joint efforts, the vast majority of which have already borne the expected fruit. We believe and will endeavour to confirm our aspirations even more fully in the current evaluation. In the meantime, we wish you all a moment of well-deserved holiday rest.
